Best fitness bands for Women in India!
When we talk about fitness bands in India, for women we do not have several options. Companies either remove the Women health tracking features from the global variant while launching in India or do not put these features at all. Here are few options to consider buying in Fitness band category for women!
Let's start with the budget category: Noise Colorfit 2
Noise launched their budget fitness band with all basic features but can be considered a good option for budget segment. In terms of looks it is similar to Fitbit Charge 2 but has a color display. The Colorfit 2 comes with 14 loaded fitness modes which will help you to track your activities better.
The band also provides an 24x7 heart rate tracking which is an added feature at this price point and the eligibility criteria is here as well, menstrual cycle tracker can be added through the NoiseFit app. The band is available on Amazon for INR 1,799 only.
Next we have Xiaomi's latest Mi Band 6
The Mi Band 6 was recently announced by Xiaomi India at Smart Living 2020 event along with several products.
Meanwhile the Mi Band 6 comes with Xiaomi's traditional design for Fitness bands but this time we have a bigger edge to edge color display which makes the user experience amazing. In terms of aesthetics and build quality the Mi Band 6 looks promising as we also have 5ATM water resistance and a battery life of 14 days. You can charge the band with the proprietary magnetic charger which supports fast charging.
In terms of fitness features and accuracy the company has a experience of six generations of Fitness bands and thus everything is on point here. The band has 30 fitness modes, SpO2 and heart rate tracking to look after your health. Yes, the band includes Women health tracking features and thus is shortlisted its place here. The band also provides stress and sleep monitoring features which is important in these times. As a bonus the band includes Personal Activity Intelligence which brings few AI features.
The band is compatible with Android and iOS through Xiaomi Wear and Mi Fit app with API integration of Google Fit, Starva and Apple Health. You can purchase it for INR 3,499 and old Mi Band users can get it for INR 2,999.
In case you are on budget and require a Mi Band then go for Mi Band 5 which is priced at INR 2,499. Realme India has also announced the launch date of Realme Band 2 and it is expected to have the Women health tracking features as the Malaysian variant also consists of the feature and the expected price is INR 2,999 as the company will directly compete with Mi Band 6 in the market so if you are considering Mi then I will suggest you to wait for few days.
In the list we also have Huawei Band 6
The Huawei Band 6 was recently launched in India and is available on Amazon. It is the improved version of Honor Band 6 which doesn't have Women health tracking features in Indian variant but on the other hand Huawei decided to bring those features in India which is a good thing.
The Huawei Band 6 has a bigger Amoled display allowing users to interact in a better way and get detailed information. The band also has a two week battery life along with features like personal assistant.
The band will provide you with 96 different exercise modes, all day SpO2 monitoring and 24/7 heart rate tracking. Apart from this the band also comes with sleep tracking and TruRelax Stress Monitoring to ensure your mindfulness. The band is available for a price of INR 4,490 which is a bit expensive.
Moving ahead we have Amazfit Bip U Pro
The fitness watch/band comes with unique features like Amazon Alexa built-in and is a semi smartwatch as it has more features than a smart band but misses out on features like notification reply or call answering.
The Bip U Pro will provide you with all basic features i.e. 60+ fitness modes, sleep quality monitoring and stress tracking, 24/7 heart rate tracking and Blood Oxygen sensor. In addition to this you also get High precision GPS and 5ATM water resistance in Bip U Pro. It will last for 9-Days as the company claims and of course it comes with cycle tracking which makes it eligible to qualify in this list.
It is priced in India for INR 4,999 which is a decent price for semi-smartwatch.
Now, it is time for the most premium smart band in the list, Fitbit Luxe
Fitbit is always on the pricier side of smart bands and watches and maybe the reason behind this is the accuracy they have in their trackers. Earlier they were not that premium looking but now the design language has improved a lot. The Fitbit Luxe is the premium looking smart band which comes with a stainless steel design and some amazingly accurate features.
The smart band will provide you with 20 exercise modes with smart track, 24x7 Heart tracking, SpO2 tracker and sleep + stress monitoring and thus the band ensures your fitness and wellness tracking. In addition you will get GPS support, swimproof + swim tracking, and Menstrual Health Tracking.
The band will bring a vibrant AMOLED display and still can provide upto 5 day battery life. Apart from this the Fitbit app brings smart analysis features which will help you analyse your sleep hour, mindfulness minutes, and health tracking. Since, Fitbit is now acquired by Google the band comes with Google Fast Pair. The band is available for INR 10,999 which is definitely a premium price for a smart band.
If you are not sure about the Fitness Luxe you can wait for the Fitbit Charge 5 launched at INR 14,999 to come in stock which provides few more new features, better design and a larger display and if you are not sure about spending a lot then consider buying Fitbit Inspire 2/ Fitbit Inspire for INR 7,999/6,600 or Fitbit Charge 4 for INR 9,955 but I'll not recommend Fitbit Charge 4 because the design is old and the price is near to Fitbit Luxe itself.
